1 General Rules

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the r999 platform and all services under it. "Platform" refers to r999's website, mobile application, and all related digital services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you register on the r999 platform or use any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to the full contents of these Terms. If you do not agree to any term, please refrain from using r999's services.

In these Terms, "we", "our", or "r999" refers to the authority operating the platform. "You" or "member" refers to a registered user.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use r999's services. If anyone under 21 registers, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be subject to our discretion regarding refund.

2.2 Registration Conditions

• Each person may open only one account. r999 reserves the right to close all accounts if a single person is found to hold more than one.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Opening an account using a false or another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• The registered mobile number and email address must be active and personal.

2.3 Identity Verification

r999 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. If documents are requested for verification, they must be submitted within the specified time. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account or sharing your account details is prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact the r999 support team immediately. It is advisable to change your password regularly and avoid easily guessable passwords.

• Transferring, selling, or renting an account is strictly prohibited.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may result in all accounts being closed.
• If a member exploits a technical error or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage, r999 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

r999 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Funds must be sent from your own registered mobile number — transactions from third-party numbers will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be made to the member's registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though this may vary if a verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Payment Policy

• Funds deposited into an account may only be used for legitimate betting and gaming activities.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without completing the full wagering requirement.
• In the case of any suspicious transaction, r999 may request further information and temporarily place a hold on withdrawals.
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected, the relevant account will be closed immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

r999 offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the balance ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Bonus Policies

• A bonus may only be claimed by the member it was offered to — it cannot be transferred to another account or claimed on someone else's behalf.
• If multiple accounts are created from the same household or the same device to claim bonuses, all accounts will be closed.
• r999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Policy

6.1 General Rules

All betting and gaming activities on r999 are conducted fairly and transparently. Casino game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and the outcomes cannot be manipulated.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Manipulating betting outcomes or participating in match fixing is strictly prohibited.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games is prohibited.
• Attempting to artificially fulfill wagering requirements by abusing bonuses is prohibited.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game or event has set minimum and maximum betting limits. r999 reserves the right to change the betting limits of any account under special circumstances. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.

7 VIP Membership

r999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% for Gold.

Cashback is calculated based on the weekly net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Members are promoted to a higher tier based on their activity and contribution to the platform.

• VIP benefits are personal and may not be shared with or transferred to others.
• In the event of VIP tier abuse or a breach of terms, the tier may be downgraded or revoked.
• r999 reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time.

8 Responsible Gaming

r999 believes that gambling or betting should be a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all members to follow the responsible gaming guidelines.

If a member feels that their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can contact our support team to request a temporary or long-term break from their account.

12 Changes to Terms

If any term is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full effect. These Terms may also be available in English, but the Bengali version shall be considered final and authoritative.
